Default my obs build up

well havent updated this in a while, truck is on the road finally!! been going on and off for a while and has a miss, we have it dialed down to a bent valve on #8 found a few bent pushrods after i did my injector swap. fixed those up and ran much better but had a miss and haze at idle till i took it out and romped on it. so i bought andrews used dp and had it reflashed for my injectors and my god this thing runs like a kid who just saw micheal jacksons never never land secret but still pops out the intake. over all im very impressed with the truck.... finally, have a make shift 4in exhaust tymar intake SD injectors and my DP F-5. so far its been one hell of a project that has pissed me off to the extreme but has taught me tons about my truck so big thanks to all the members here have helped me out and provided time and parts to me. the ford diesel community is amazingly strong and all the members are willing to help each other out no matter what, something i dont see much of the dardge guys doing unless your in one of the " groups" many more plans for this truck now that i can use it.

when you say miss what are we talking about? I just recently put stage 2s in my truck and it runs really strong, will smoke a shit load if need be, but at idle it seems like its jumpy and back at the exhaust it sounds much different than before, almost like a pop. It ALWAYS does it though, its not a hit or miss thing. I've kind of just got used to it these last couple weeks, like i say it runs very strong!
Im thinking maybe just to much fuel at idle, because i have tuning for stage 1's still

Have you done a compression or a leak down test? That'll tell you if you've got something no sealing in the cylender. A leak down test will show you where it's leaking at. If you do have a bent valve then stop driving it! The last thing you want is for that thing to bust apart and the head of the valve to go through your piston.

how would i of bent a valve? It was running perfect, pulled it into the shop sat for a week, did the injectors, pull glow plugs and got oil all out, put it all back together....

I am going to pull my chip tomorrow and see if its maybe just to much fuel at idle. at idle is the only time i can really tell... its just a erratic idle, feels like its on the hottest tune and its just ready to go nuts.... but really its on economy haha

I don't know how you would have bent a valve. I really doubt you did. I'd bet something else. If it started when you did the work described above I'd bet it had to do with something that you put in.
