I recieved a fresh set of hybrid 250/200s today from rosewood diesel.
It turns out the ol stroked a codes had some pretty badly worn plunger and barrels on the two I was having issue with and one bad nozzle.

It only made sence to get rid of the hpo issues or at least help on it.

Well a lil update. Truck is apart to the frame. Frame is powder coated and axles ready to reassemble. Bed is painted and hope cab will go soon for paint but first the floor is getting cut for big downpipe. Long way to go still.

I remember a post from long time ago poster GTS that said he used a half-section of 5" exhaust pipe to form the patch. Other than that, its a lot of butchery! Other solutions involved even more hacking, chopping and metal forming.

Not many guys have done the 4" downpipe since you can make 600hp (well, actually 596hp on the dyno) using a 3" downpipe.

Its not so much HP as egt reduction. I have a buddy that did a 4" and lost 150 when towing. No butchery will ensue. This will be a clean deal ,end of story.
